That modification is already applied to dzx!ML 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0.
The original code allows only 80 BYTES in a title.
But our ML code allows 80 CHARACTERS in a title.
In some cases this value even can overflow the database 'title' field (length=255 bytes),
because of every national utf-8 characters can consists FROM 2 UP TO 6 BYTES!

30 Arabic characters are equal about 80 bytes.
And original Discuz allows only 80 bytes in a title...
And the solution is the same....
You can do it by yourself.
Or just upgrade to x!ML2++ :)

I had the same problem ,, and the solution is to update the version to x2 or x2.5 or x3 as vot said :)
Caution, however, transfer trying to increase the size of more than 80 characters, it should be noted that during a transfer to another site Discuz for example, the title will be cut
So set before the file in question to avoid the division of numbers of characters on the new site, we would already be problem when transferring last year
