How to access ModCP?

Hey friends,

I generally use the below URL to access ModCP.

http://mysite/forum.php?mod=modcp

Is there any other way I can reach the control panel apart from the above URL?

There is only one URL you can access the Moderator Control Panel:
http://mysite/forum.php?mod=modcp
But if you want, you can use the Apache Rewrite URL Module (mod_rewrite) to redirect to the main ModCP URL from another URL.
I.e.
RewriteRule ^/modcp /forum.php?mod=modcp

Thanks dude. I was thinking if there was an option similar to settings somewhere.

So, I understand that the URL is the only way to access the ModCP.

My colleague spotted the icon which will take me to the modcp. So I no longer have to remember the address to visit modcp. The wheel icon next to the delete icon takes me directly to the modcp.

Have fun.....

That's not a hack vot. It already exists by default on ML. We never noticed it. You can see it on all the forums. Check the right side as soon as you enter a forum, the wheel is available there as shown below,
