my forum , email verification not working

The most often problem is because of your host does not have correct DNS settings.
Ask from your hosting support.

Error 500 is definitely NOT the DNS problem.
Try to find the error description in the host error log...

my hosting doest support error logs, so i dont know what happen

There is only one solution: change your hosting.

If phpmailer is not working (like in this case), why not try smtp?
Setup e-mail to be sent via smtp, not phpmailer.
These settings you will find in U_Center admin.

I have same problem.I cant send mail from discuz for validate user email or alert.

I use Yandex mail service.I can send mail from cpanel webmail.But cant send from discuz.I try STMP but didnt work.Other discuz powered site use same config(yandex mail service) and dindt have problem (ı use other host for it)

Problem source host?
