I found the bug:
Edit this line:
'zh' => array('icon'=>'zh.gif', 'name'=>'чоАф╜Уф╕нцЦЗ', 'title'=>'Simplified Chinese', 'dir'=>'ltr'),
to
'sc' => array('icon'=>'zh.gif', 'name'=>'чоАф╜Уф╕нцЦЗ', 'title'=>'Simplified Chinese', 'dir'=>'ltr'),

or in full form:
$_config['languages']['zh']['icon'] = 'zh.gif';
$_config['languages']['zh']['name'] = '简体中文';
$_config['languages']['zh']['title'] = 'Simplified Chinese';
$_config['languages']['zh']['dir'] = 'ltr';

Replace 'zh' with 'sc'

UCenter is displayed incorrectly.
