Wondering why we have two fields to login to ucenter. I think the one who installed discuz is the founder. But what about Administrator?

What rights do each of these roles have and how are they different?

Thanks

UCenter Founder - it is a MAIN site owner
Administrator - it is a person who granted by a Founder to manage some applications (registered in UCenter at your site) and control the authentication for that application.
Many applications can be registered at your site by the Founder.
Many administrators can be granted by the Founder.

I.e.
You have installed UCenter, then Discuz, then UC_Home, then EC-Shop, etc.
Discuz, UC_Home and EC-Shop will use the same UCenter (the same user database).
Once registered in one application a user can log in into other application with the same credentials.

You (Founder) can add different administrators for Discuz, UC_Home and EC-Shop.
