What setting is needed for installed along my national language

At install, I want to install discuz as korean language not enlgish.
What part do I set?

My step:
1. database create in my server
2. upload ML discuz/upload/* to my remote server/public_html
3. change all folder and file permission set to 777
4. http://k*****.org/install in browser
5. At first window of installing---I click agree.
6. and then processing continue
I am not possible to find the install language option anywhere.

P.S
I cannot install korean language at install time although modification of install/index.php as below.
(require ROOT_PATH.'./source/language/en/lang_install.php';
-->require ROOT_PATH.'./source/language/kr/lang_install.php';)

Do not change the permissions to 777!!
Remember that this is bad, if you do this your site is vulnerable, change permissions to 755 (folders) and 644 (files)
