Yes I really need the Discuz X1.5 English version with the latest patch.

Where can I download it?

NOTE: I know there is a release of 2011-08-17

But I think there is missing a critical security patch, right?

All the official security patches was applied if it was published.
But the problem is that X1.5 is not supported by Comsenz already.
And we have stopped the X1.5 support and modification too
