What the table prefix used in your tables???
Change "pre_" to your real prefix!!!

And let's try the next experiment.

Get the previous SQL query and remove the table prefix "pre_" from the "CREATE..." command.
The table name must be "common_member_archive".

My table prefix in "pre", i ran that quey without "re_" but nothing changed.

I saw this, and deleted manually that row in pre_common_setting, and result was; SOLVED!(pic)
but this maybe shown again??!! is that related to source of Discuz or my plugins???

Cache of web browser? cache of Discuz? any other cache?
(i deleted that row and tested of two browsers and it works. that lovely green message shown ! )

You have deleted from where? From the SITE SETTINGS.
Where the site settings are cached? Do you think, in your browser??? No, at the SITE CACHE!

Problem is: cache of Discuz not works, and shown a error.
As discuzthai and other site that i referenced, Solving is , deleting noted row in database.

So, i used  phpmyadmin, in cpanel, and found that row, and deleted it manually. after this, pushed update, in phpmyadmin.
after all, i tested result in "update cache" in Discuz, cahce updated successfully, no error shown!
