problem displaying homepage after installation

hi,

I have installed discuz!x2.5 with lang packs but after installation, my homepage looks like this:

These are my install steps:
1. hg clone https://code.google.com/p/discuzx25/
2. hg clone https://code.google.com/p/discuz-lang/
3. cp lang packs to sources/language
4. install by browser

my system is centos 5.5, php 5.1.6, mysql 5.0.95, apache 2.2
I installed official discuz!x2.5 simplified Chinese version on the same system and it works fine.

Please can someone help me take a look what's happening to the x2.5 ML version.

This is resolved after I upgraded php to 5.3. However now new user can not register. Did anyone come across same issue before?

Previously I was using firefox. When I use IE9, it says "Internal error, can not display this content."

Works fine on Google Chrome, but without footer... Can you login into ACP?
