Chinese IT community is self-sufficient.
They never cared about visitors from other countries.
Generally speaking they do not need non-Chinese visitors at all

The only solution to solve this problem - it is a personal message to a member of discuz.net/comsenz.com admin team.
(of course only if you know such contact)
