The job required:
Synchronize all the XX language rows with Simplified Chinese (or English) pack:
a) Compare every file in XX and SC folder.
b) Add all new rows that is appeared in SC/EN
c) Remove from XX all the rows that was removed from SC/EN
d) All the rows must be at the same place and at the same order as in original.
e) Translate all the XX rows that are yet not translated.
