I use appbyme plugin.I can desing my app ui from browser.Some areas still chinese.

I think plugin using bootstrap.I find bootstrap file in mobcent(plugin folder) folder.What you are thinking about modify this plugin or copy some function for easy build own boostrap based app?

I think cloud based service ,cause we use http://dl.mobcent.com/d/aca/apk/app85807/Mobil_1.0.9.apk link for download app.And can configure our app from appbyme website

I think we can't change some areas but we can use it for undestand how to work mobile app with discuz
