Announce: UCHome 2.0 Multi-Lingual

I plan to publish my Multi-Lingual version of UCHome 2.0, created two years ago, but never published in public.
Now I'm verifying and preparing the package...

ATTENTION!

UCHome 2.0 is now compatible with DzX2.0 !!!
Because of UCHome ML require now UCenter v1.6.0.
(but the original UCHome still require old UCenter v1.5.2)

Yes, it's separate thing than Discuz! It works like social-network (for example: facebook).
