i lost my forum

hi to all guys
i need to ur help bcs i lost (missed) my froum
my forum was ml forum version of 3.1
story of my forum is long and i will say to u
pls so listen to my story and sorry for bad english
i moved my forum fils from public_html (on the host) to a new folder (for close of forum)
when again i moved all files to public_html , i lost my forum
i saw this erroe ==> function_core.php is missing
why happened??
i can not understand.......
i has a backup files from my forum on the my pc...
i uploaded that backup to host...but again i see this problem
i deleted all files from host and again my host server restored all files for me
but i see this error
do i lost my forum for ever?? pls help to my
with a lot of thanks

my forum too was supporting russian
my forum was for ur country messenger (avacs free live chat)
do u know it?
if you know pls say me .. i have some questions about it...
i think u can help me
avacs have not a lot of russian user too russian have hate and dont know english
so i have not a lot of friends from russia

discussion is going on about moving forum to a sub directory.

Conclusion:
You cant move forum to another directory .
To get your forum back you have 2 Choices.
1.Just shift your files back to where they were.

2.Most hosting sites make a weekly backup of their servers [in case something goes wrong from their side]
So you can ask them if they have a backup and they can restore it in minutes.

i am simple and can not work with host well...
this restore is a risk for me

The problem is because of:

1) You have set English as default language, but REMOVED English language folder.
And other languages removed but not reconfigured...

2) CLOUD incorrectly used at your site.

I have made:
1) Added English and other missed languages
2) disabled CLOUD TIPS functions inside the core functions:
/source/function/function_core.php
Lines #1044, #1045

The site is live now...

DO NOT USE CLOUD FEATURES!
