1) You can get our Discuz!ML for free!
2) Download link is here: http://discuz.ml
3) All the language packs (16) are free!
4) You can install Discuz!ML by yourself for free!

There is no Japanese language pack yet.

You  have  to  understand, that Discuz!ML is NOT fully compatible with
original Chinese Discux!X.
You  will  not  possible  to  use some official services like plugins,
temlates, patches, updates and cloud functions...

There is no official support for Discuz!ML.
You use it AS IS, without any warranty.
The only help you can get - it is our community advice...

We don't know japanese, so you have to take language that is very similar to yours and start translation.
