Disk Size Error 0MB (Installing 3.2)

I'm getting the following error while installing Discuz 3.2 which has been downloaded from discuz.ml

I've contaced hosting support. they said, everything is okay at server end and requested me to forward this error to its vendor.

I'm getting the same error with 3.1, Now I think Hosting Provider is making fool out of me :/

Try to install the same at your local computer.
You will see how the script is counting your disk space.
