Comparing with v.3.2 it is bug fixed only,
and tried to make Discuz compatible (slightly) with PHP 7.1.

PHP 5.3 or 5.6, Can be install?
Or, PHP7 only?

I see it is working ok on PHP 5.45 at this server.
