Finally I find the issues caused by a media extend ：
media_google.php
The file cache_setting.php have a function  “parseflv” at line 1043.

Try check “media_google.php” later！

I don't konw how to simulate the problem,but only sure system  goes wrong with the file "media_google.php".

Yet,I install your latest repository version in my local testing server。

the error first is as below：

New Discuz 3.4 ML new install loading static files error

Go to admin.php and try to clean all the cache. Not work right yet at the final step，if you check "data cache".

Even if not new install ,you can find the problem  by clean the system data cache。

The attachment is my revised code，I don't know if it's right.
I tried it and couldn't parse Google videos.
