How can I add a bar in the main forum page? I want to add a sidebar, I don't want Yendex Money instead I want to put some polls, but I don't know how to put the didebar. Somebody can Help me, please!

The sidebar is fully customize and the yandex service was configured by vot. Just enable sidebar from your admin panel (styles -> styles -> forum home) then go back to your forum home page and use DIY function.
