this is the one place i find，maybe have more  in your code。

It is true.
Official version can show a notification in a single SC/TC language,
but ML version can show the same notification in different languages.
I.e. the same notification will be translated to the language which a user uses right now.
Change your current language, and your notifications will be translated too!
This is why ML need to save not a single string but the key-value type array.
