some image missed

Exapnd.png shirink.png etc icon file is missed in forum editor.
and smile, image etc javascript is not functioning in forum editor .

Check the R19 revision.

My site (http://kaplog.org) is rev 19.
static/image/common/expand.png, shirink.png, map.gif, advanced.gif, simple.gif file is missed.
and forum editor smile, attachment..all toolbar icon is not functioning.
and new / reply button is overlaped by original chinese new / reply button base.

Ok, I understand.
It is the first working ML revision (19),
so we have a lot of job for a future...
