[X3.5] Missing /home/www/forum/source/language/sc/install_lang.php in the installer

1. git clone https://github.com/codersclub/Discuz.ML.git
2. git checkout v3.5ML
3. open https://<the-new-site>/install by any browsers
4. got 500 Internal Server Error and saw the following PHP message:
PHP Warning:require(/<path-to-dzml>/source/language/sc/install_lang.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /<path-to-dzml>/install/index.php on line 27
Copying the file from source/language/tc/install_lang.php or source/language/en/install_lang.php works properly, but I don't know if it's a good fix method.
