[solved] Blank page after install

I have blank page after successful installation {:3_60:}

For this time I can not update the repository, because of the service site is unaccessible :(
Try to update the /language/ folder with this updated content:

now i changed this 2 files (common.php , admincp.php) with the original files (chinesse) it work but have a probleme with languages .

Official code can not handle multiple languages.
I'm working on the problem...
