where is DIY function? i can't find it, Sorry!:(

enabled that, but no thing!!!! see here:

(my forum is on local host, fo test, and has 2-3 threats!)

Click on http://codersclub.org/discuzx/static/image/diy/panel-toggle.png button and go to Advanced Mode. Add some frames and module to make effect like yours.
