It is a BAD IDEA to publish a whole hacked file.

It would be better to publish a patch!

Or write a hack instruction, if you can not make patches.

I think it's required plugin because it's not working
when clicking on comment button it's redirects to
this link(some text deleted)

the only problem is the yellow text on the footer of the comment box ,it's a crawling error and i dont know how to fix it
Just activate Static URL in admincp :
go to admin center -> Global -> SEO settings -> Static URL
than make Available all by just mark it and submit
in that page you can see one link as "View the current Rewrite Rules"
click on it and copy rewrite rules as given there
Note : don't open link first. First activate Static URL than go on rules link
After that go to FTP of your site than make .htaccess file if exits add this copied rules
check "RewriteBase /" before saving.
That's it now Your activated Static URL

After activation check it the crawling error not showing :)
But it's redirects to same old page as it posted above :(

The static URL thingy causes some pages to not load correctly...
so lets consider that one out of the picture
