Upload via mobile show blank/black photo

I have problem with the photo via mobile upload. I already set the permission in the User Group and the Forum and sub Forum settings (permissions for all users). I can upload via mobile but the photo is blank or black when view. And there is no problem when uploading photo via laptop browser. Please help, thanks.
