Multilingual CMS

1) Joomla
Joomla 3 has a very intuitive native way of handling multilingual websites. You don't even need to install a plugin to do it, it's so integrated in its structure that you can chose the languages your website will have in the installation process.
You can see a demo of a multilingual Joomla website.

2) ionize CMS
ionize is natively multilingual, no need to install any module.
Every content can be translated and you can add as many languages as you want.

3) Zenario CMS
Zenario is a web-based content management system for sites with one or many languages. It's designed to grow with your site, adding extranet, online database and custom functionality when you need it.

4) SilverStripe CMS
SilverStripe enabled your content authors and website visitors to use the language of their choice, including German, te reo Māori, and languages reliant on unicode such as Chinese and Arabic.

5) Processwire CMS
ProcessWire's multi-language support includes a full gettext-style translation system, but with the translation tools built into the CMS, and without actually using gettext. You can also install (or create) alternate language packs for the admin side of ProcessWire.
