New Discuz 3.4 ML new install loading static files error
Hi, I install a new instance of Discuz 3.4 ML. It was all fine with the installation process.But when I open the website, it shows an ugly page without any images. Chrome tool shows that most of static files 404 not found error (see the attachement).

I'm trying to digg the problem...

@vot, thanks, it doesn't work. Tried before, and tried again just now. Same problem.
But I did the exact same installation using official Chinese version, it works fine.
Replaced the Chinese version language folder with English language folder, it works fine also, but there are many Chinese characters among pages.
It seems global variables $_G, and csspath are all empty.
Please help!

But，normally the status is still in progress。Please click the continue link by manual way。
the blew linkto clean the cache。

I just installsuccess use old version ，release date is：20170301，the latest version keep the problem Still can not find a reason of that bug.
