Enable mail notifier in Settings

To me Discuz seems to be an ocean to learn! I think it will talk a long time to understand the inbuilt features and identifying the ways to turn on or off features.

Now, how do I enable the below seetings as in codersclub forum? I installed Discuz on a localhost but I don't see this setting. Please let me know.

Go to AdminCP >> Global >> Space settings >> Change Days offline before e-mail notice: to any integer value to enable.. :)
