How to change this into original words check the screenshot

I am almost sure, you just downloaded english language pack that is OUT OF DATE. I can't believe you have created english language pack from scratch because the only one already exists . Somebody probably has shared some files before the english language was free.
The newer language pack and discuzml let you to translate cities and user fields, so looks like you have latest engine but outdated language.
