What the browser?

My own tests:

Download with Android browser = OK.
Download with iPad/Safari = Error! Safari can not download the file!
Download with iPad/Dolphin = OK.
Download with iPad/Opera Mini 7.0 = Redirect to Safari = Error! Safari can not download the file!
Download with iPad/UC Browser = OK.

I am using a J2ME phone, downloading a 30 MB file to memory is a bad idea. So I want to download this to UC-Disk of UC Browser, then I can upload to host. But when I tries to download this file with UC, it doesn't display the "Cloud Download" option and when I goes to UDisk and paste the link of file, it doesn't get started. Now what?
