The best solution is to make a multiple checkbox selection, but it is hard to realize.
So your suggestion is quite enough, but the category name must be MORE CLEAN.
"ALL" is quite good, but unfortunately it is already used by the system.

I think it is not about the Discuz at all...
May be the best place for such type topics is a new category like "Web technologies and tools"?

I think the better place is "Discuz misc" (as a variant).
For the future it will be better to create a module like "Freelance".

The existing forum "Discuz Plug-ins" was created as a classified addon archive (not for discussion).
But existed "Discuz plugins/addons/... discussion" was created as a discussion place (not the archive).
About the Discuz X Resources? - It would be cool to have two different places:
a) Discussion place
b) Addon Center like addon.discuz.net

Yes, I know it . The main forum of Discuz! X Resources has topics about addons/templates/hacks etc. so I will move ALL discussion topics from "Discuz Plugins" there.

I added "ANY" prefix into all Resource forums. Now I will move topics to correct categories. The last step - create a FAQ Topic. Can you write here URL's to the most important topics?
