How to make portal.php as default landing page?

How to make portal.php as default landing page? I remember there is a setting for this in the admin panel.. I failed to find it myself.. anyone care to let me know?

AdminCP -> Styles -> Header navigation:
For the item that must be a start page, Check the radio-button in the "Home" column .
Click "Submit".
