How to upgrade DiscuzX2 to DiscuzX2.5?

I need someone to explain,
how to make a successful update?

I have read utility/readme.txt

however when trying to update, upgrade asks me ucenter, Whatt???
How I can fix this problem?

First of all, you have to upgrade your UCenter to v.1.6.0.
What the UCenter you have installed before?

Only after this you can upgrade your X2.*.
