Is here anybody knows how use vot's language to DZx2.5?

I do not know how to use it to my localhost .

Did you already install your D!X2.5?
Did you download the language folder as vot said?
Just pick the whole lang folder (ie: \en) and put it into \source\language from your D!X2.5 installation.
Then edit \config\config_global_default.php (or config_global.php if you already installed Discuz!X) and comment the unused lines.
So you're done!
