Default is the language of English, but it is not in the package.
I propose to put a default or a Chinese cap, which would have indicated the need doustanovit language (in this case you can display a warning about the lack of English language).

Предлагаю поставить по умолчанию китайский язык или заглушку, где указывалось бы, что необходимо доустановить язык (при этом можно выводить предупреждение об отсутствии английского языка).
