because it has many very old file
and i edited it yesterday but it deleted by wrong

too hard work on it again

for the package
you know your english pack that i must work on it was release very late and i have arabic discuz support the users need the Arabic discuz x2.5 so i compaerd with chinese x2 and x2.5 and new lines i added it for my arabic pack
and i translaeted it but i not orderd the lines

then when you release english pack
too hard to work again

but i worked again and translated files

i fisnished it

but there my brother he is deleted admincp lang file by  wrong  so i posted my admincp lang file from my pack

I have synchronized your lang_admincp manualy.

For make our life easier, you can use the next method:

1) The main part of any language file must fully corresponds the Chinese file, include line ordering!!!
2) Any new added lines must be placed at the end of a file, below the main part. And must marked like
// Added by ....
