help with discuz X2.urgent.please.many uncommon problems.

hello members.i am new to the forum so please omit my mistakes.
i recently installed discuzx2(my first forum)  link is http://freewaresociety.antserve.com
and i have few problems
1.it does not shows thedefault avatar.but instead shows a broken image.
2.when i upload my own avatar it says uploading failed..
3.i go to admin panel and select usergroups and i try to edit usergroups permissions it says 'file does not exists or is being blocked"

also i am not able to enable the ratings option .instead it shows DIGG and Bury.......
What to do....

if anyone knows the answer of any problem then please tell me.and please do write in details as i am not an expert of php and all that...so explain me if i need to edit a file and how to adit a file.

3. Unclassified error. Can not say something usefull...
4. Digg & Bury - It is the thread rating itself. You can retranslate this words as you wish.

Let me try to help you
1st. As khalid mentioned, your Discuz! installation is so outdated. Get DX2.0 rev 398 from Google Code and upload it to your server, updating the platform.  Update cache at admincp after updating.
2nd. At the host, set permission 777 to all files & folders into your Discuz! installation.
3nd. Check your UCenter configuration. Go to admincp\UCenter and check the situation in Applications. It must show "Succeed" in Connection status. If it shows "Failed" or there's no record in Applications, you may have to check your configuration.
