image thumbnail not showing up in "image mode" for product items

Can you enable the "image mode" in the Sandbox? Or create a sub forum for product related testing?

I am running DX2.0 Version 74 (?) It is after my minor translation patch 1 and 2.

I am not seeing image showing up with the "image mode" enabled. Product #2 actually has an image uploaded and an image in the description (I don't know which image the thumbnail is supposed to grab). Is there anything special I need to do before the image shows up? Or is this a bug?

SOLVED:
Images need to be added in the counter description for it to show up as thumbnail.

NOTE:
I wanted to add "Solved" to the title but I keep on getting the message saying that my title is more than 80 bytes
