why after i proceed upgrade to x2.5 then the index become like this?

did you remember to download the langpack as well? its separated from the engine

yeah, i did replace the EN language pack. replace EN lang pack into source/language right?
when i perform installation also have problem.

not the upgrade u center problem, is the language display go weird.

All language packs are compatible with Discuz X2.5 International.
