just now transferred to a pemium hosting.nut i cant login into it....what to do

i just now upgraded my hosting to premium.they copied my forum to the premium hosting.but there i found a bug.....
no one is able to login to my new forum.it shows loading in the corner then nothing happens.
so i opened my ftp and changed every files attributes to 777 but still that login problem.
can any one help me with it................................................

Never, ever, change the permissions of unwanted files to '777'
