What is the ML solution when it come to multiLingual content?

Let's say we would like to post contents in more than one languages where both lancuages are written by human (so google translattion api/plugins is not needed in this case)  

How should we apporache this problem so when the users can choose whatever language aviable to read?

Discuz does not plan to support multilingual content, so this is not expected in the ML version either
