How do we unlock user's comments/posts when the account has been deleted?

I deleted the user account by accident but luckily I didn't delete the user's posts. When an account was deleted, the user's comments/posts automatically become locked and hidden. I have import information. I know the user account can not be recovered. However, is there anyway I can unlock the comments/posts? Please help. Thank you.
