problem with fonts

Everywhere Style -> style managment i make 12px font but why i have fonts more 12px?!

У меня закрадывается мысль, что все это делают кнопки... Там появляются какие-то лишние описания к css. Обратите так же внимание на ошибки через firebug. Вот например, что за код:
