restore function error

1.i installed a new x2ml discuz, and then post some articles.
2.backup the whole database in admin panel.
3.upload the restore.php in /data fileholder.
4.run the restore function, give me below responce:
Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in D:\wamp\www\linkingchina\data\restore.php on line 26

5. upload the lang_restore.php, still get above error.

the server contains:

                      ZendOptimizer-3.3.3
                      mysql-5.1.30
                      php-5.2.17
                      apache_2.2.21

find the error_log as below:

[error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  fromuid in D:\\phpwamp\\www\\testsite\\index.php on line 120
[Mon Feb 25 00:51:22 2013] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  fromuser in D:\\phpwamp\\www\\testsite\\index.php on line 122

It is just a notice (not critical), NOT ERROR 500!

I can solve a problem with reported notices.
Try to replace the root index.php file:


But I still can not understand the error500 reason.
May be it is because of my PHP version is 5.3+ but your is 5.2.17....
