cannot write cache or load template after installation.

The web site cannot write cache data or load template after installation [clean install], the path of upload folder already chmod to 777 before the installation process. The server running CentOS 5.9, mysql5.0 and php 5.1.6.
But no problem for offical Chinese version.

P.S,  I have tried Win32 and xampp that havn't issue.

I have uploaded all langugae pack to "source/language" directory, and I use same packages can success installed on Win32+xampp (Apache/2.2.21 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/0.9.8r PHP/5.3.8 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1) , but fail installed on (Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) DAV/2 mod_jk/1.2.32 PHP/5.1.6 mod_python/3.2.8 Python/2.4.3 mod_ssl/2.2.3 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.8.8)

I think maybe have issue for old version's php engine
