Need Plugin for avatar uploading from mobile

I want a Discuz! X2 plugin which makes it able for users to upload avatar from mobile phone. We need a PC to upload an avatar to forum but some users doesn't have access to PC so they can't upload avatar from mobile phones. So I request you to give me such a plugin.
