Move some answers from one thread to another

Good day.  I am also a Global Moderator at that site (http://forum.maxthon.com) and have been asking for a way to move a single reply that is in the wrong thread and move it to the correct thread.  I don't want to move the entire thread, just one single reply that shouldn't be there.  I have been told that it is extremely difficult to do and would take possibly months to accomplish.  Do you currently have that ability in your open source version?

Thank you very much for any help/advice.  We appreciate it very much.

Discuz have built-in tool to STRIP any answer(s) to a new thread.
But there is no tools to MOVE selected answers to another existing thread.
