How to disable unwanted Language on x3 ML

I was trying to disable few unwanted languages through ACP

CP > Global > Language

I'm un-selecting (tick-off enable) the unwanted languages and saving the settings. But there is no change !
When I return to the same scree again, all the language packs are set enabled (Tick-on)

What Can I do now ? is this a bug with x3 or Some thing I have to do at my end ?

Open your config_global.php and delete unnecessary lines about languages.

Or just comment it! (add // at the beginning)
