Please, make a separated bugreport for EACH the bug.
One bug = one thread!!!

I think, it would be more readable to add prefixes before topic title about revision. What do you think?

I agree, it is good to see the bug revision.
But I'm not sure the title prefix is the most suitable place.
A bug may continue through many revisions...
The post body is a good place too...
